The truck will arrive around 1:00pm for set-up for the 2pm start time The room should be at a comfortable temperature, set around 68 degrees. The team will need to have 9 tables and 30 chairs opened up and set along the perimeter of the room/walls in the room for them. Please make sure to clear the room of any other excess furniture. (You can push the other 3 tables and chairs against the walls as well.
